Rachel Blau recently graduated with her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health from Adler University. She is awaiting her LPC licensure. Rachel has experience working with kids, adolescents, and adults. Rachel is a warm, curious, non-judgemental, light-hearted person. Her specialty areas are play therapy, grief, life transitions, diagnoses, and identity work. Her work focuses on exploration and client-centered goal setting. 

Rachel is passionate about creating resources with clients that establish a mind-body connection. Rachel believes that our health and well-being are connected to the physical, emotional, and spiritual parts of who we are. She would be honored to sit alongside you as you navigate a new chapter or re-write an old one.

Rachel is the proud aunt of many awesome nieces and nephews. She enjoys spending time with them, family, and friends, cooking, reading, writing, and listening to music.
